We want you and your little duckling to be completely happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and accessories must have original tags and liners intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
